About this Project

Blue Bovine is a landmark project located near Toronto’s Union Station, the atmosphere of a classic North American steakhouse with refined Japanese dining and a contemporary bar. The space offers guests a uniquely immersive culinary experience that redefines upscale dining.

Aiden contributed to the project by designing key element furniture that reflect a distinct Canadian aesthetic combined with modern luxury. His work included custom furniture and spatial detailing that enhanced both function and visual impact. Through close collaboration with the client and partner firms, the design successfully bridged cultural and stylistic elements—delivering a cohesive and elevated environment.

Design Procss

  1. Gathered all necessary materials from the client—such as site dimensions, hardware specs, and design references

2. Developed concepts and refined designs through collaboration and feedback from clients, engineers, and production teams.

3. Created accurate production drawings to ensure clear communication with fabricators and prevent on-site mistakes.

4. Regularly visited the manufacturing site to ensure product quality, providing detailed guidance and support throughout the entire production and finishing process.
