About this Project
The project is targeting the full satisfaction of residential and commercial hospitality through Table designing. Considering the ideal design 360 Fusion’s parametric drawing and 5 axis CNC machine had used for the first time to describe the features of the table and the structures.
Design Procss
Organizing all the information from Rebecca such as reference images, electric hardwares’ specification, and site space allowance for installation
2. Start Visualizing client’s idea into CAD program (360 fusion) with considering the outsourcing material
3. Make the frame structure being solid and maximize the efficiency of the production without changing the original design. Some design has changed due to a material restriction.
4. Communicating with the material preparation team to set up the material required, then let 5 axis CNC operator to cut the parts I designed. All the parts and production drawing were delivered to assemblers.
5. Investigate time to see what potential error can be happen middle of assembling and give a clear direction or decision to worker for fluent work process
